Official Contest Rules

 

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of North Carolina and South Carolina, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mobility & More, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Mobility & More, located at 2301-A Crownpoint Executive Drive, Charlotte, NC 28227. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

4. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted from March 1st, 2025, through April 1st, 2025.

5. How to Enter

Participants can enter by submitting a short story about someone they know who deserves or would benefit from a mobility scooter. Entries can be submitted in-store at Mobility & More or online through the scooter giveaway website link. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a brand-new Journey Adventure 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter, valued at $1,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected on April 1st, 2025, and notified via phone or email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering, participants grant the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted story for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud or other circumstances impact its integrity. Participants agree to abide by these rules and accept the sponsor’s decisions as final.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release the sponsor from liability related to the contest, including technical issues, lost entries, or errors beyond the sponsor’s control.

11. Privacy Policy

Participant information will only be used for contest administration and will not be sold or shared.
